IMPORTANT INFORMATION :

• Kids 6 and under – necessary seat as required by South African  law.
• Different tours can be combined.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

A deposit of 60% will secure the booking and the balance is payable around 2 months prior to the booking.

The Cancellation Policies of the Services Providers used by Cape Heaven Tours will apply.

Cape  Heaven Tours cancellation policy is as follows:

• Should cancellation occur before 30 days prior to the tour date a 10% cancellation fee will be payable on the total tour cost.
• Should cancellation occur between 29 and 10 days prior to the tour date a 15% cancellation fee will be payable on the total tour cost.
• Should cancellation occur between 9 and 0 days prior to the tour date a 20% cancellation fee will be payable on the total tour cost.
