The incredible beauty of West Coast National Park surpassed all expectations.
From the moment we entered the park from West Coast National Road, to our journey through the picturesque Postberg Private Nature Reserve, we were treated to a diverse and enchanting landscape.
The park unfolds like a masterpiece, with a captivating blend of short bush fields at the entrance gate, and sprawling meadows adorned with vibrant flowers, culminating in stretches of pristine white beach where the Atlantic Ocean’s waves gently crash upon the shore.
We will never forget the breathtaking view of the Preekstoel rock formation, where sparkling, translucent water from the lagoon surrounds houseboats against the stunning backdrop of Langebaan.
And for a delightful surprise, we savored a pleasurable lunch experience at Geelbek Restaurant, complete with ample space for kids to have their own fun.
As we reflect on our visit, we can’t help but eagerly anticipate the 2024 flower season at West Coast National Park
